Qualifying the enquiry
Location, type of property, floor area, nature of the works, schedule and indicative budget, before any visit.
Technical visit
An on-site survey: existing condition, difficulties, scope and the technical solutions chosen.
Quotation and approval
Detailed quotation, materials approved, signature and deposit. Every change is confirmed in writing.
Preparing the site
Materials, trades, approvals, access, permitted hours and protection of the premises.
During the works
Site supervision
Management visits the site: progress, compliance, cleanliness and protection of the property.
Final cleaning
Protections removed, surfaces and floors cleaned, rooms put back in order.
At handover
Inspection and handover
A full check of the finishes and installations. Corrections are made before handover.
After handover
Collecting your feedback and following up in the weeks that follow.
